Life doesn’t have to stay this way

It is never too late

I am Dr. Rachel Fish, a Clinical Psychologist in Cambridge, MA, and a Certified EMDR practitioner. I provide therapy to adults throughout the Greater Boston area and Massachusetts. Over the past 15 years in the field, I have witnessed the powerful healing and transformation that can occur with combining EMDR therapy with ego state and somatic modalities, including Internal Family Systems. I have seen clients who had struggled with triggers for years no longer get activated when those same buttons are pushed, and I have seen individuals achieve deep and lasting change.

My practice is client centered. As we work together, you will be in control. How we pace the therapy, what you share and when you share, every step of the way you will get a say in this. You choose how much to share with me and what you’d like to work on, and I will be your guide to help you tap into your own innate healing potential.

I am passionate about offering both weekly therapy as well as EMDR Intensives to individuals who are motivated to heal. EMDR Intensives are an alternative to weekly, 50 minute sessions, and an accelerated pathway to healing.
